Shipping your Fence Energizer

Step 1

For solar chargers, turn your charger off and tape the button down in the off position. If your battery has been removed from the charger, be sure to include it in the package along with your charger. This ensures we will be able to test everything fully and determine what is causing the problem.

Step 3

When packing the box, be sure to use some type of packaging material to secure the charger. This can be bubble wrap, crunched up newspaper, or even old shirts or sheets. The charger should be surrounded by packaging materials on all sides to prevent damage during transit.
